So it all worked out fine! I took your advice, and my friend and I (phew) hung out at the side of the pool together. It was pretty awesome, actually. Thanks :D

Alcohol is not my thing. Not that I actually know that, because I've never gotten drunk, but I just can't swallow it down. Oh well.
