1)  I have made it back from France.

2)  Before I forget--Paper Towns--started out in the same frustrating way as Looking for Alaska, except even more frustrating because it was the second time around--and in the end, it was exactly about what I found so frustrating, and thus, it was perfect.

Also I need to write John Green a letter and ask him if he's in cahoots with my American Lit II prof.  Seriously?  Moby Dick and Song of Myself as the two major literary works of the novel?  Are you serious?

...oh I am just so satisfied right now.

3)  KOTOR is beaten; KOTOR II is begun and driving me crazy.  Also, my sisters and I squealed more over hearing that Carth got promoted to Admiral than we have over anything Atton has managed to say.  That being said, I luff how Atton's special powers all relate to the fact that he has severe issues with being self-centered.

1) Welcome back!

2) I have decided that I want to be John Green when I grow up. Only female. And I'll write about nerdy, fast-talking girls instead. (But that's not the point.)

I love love love Paper Towns. I got it from the library and now I will even purchase i via Amazon. (Have you read Let it Snow? It's so light and funny and a great holiday read.)

BTW, Merry Christmas!

Blessed Christmas and I'm so glad you made it home safely!

What was frustrating about those books? You know, he touched my shoulder once. Have I ever mentioned that?

don't have a chance to make a proper response, but in regards to that last point--somehow, I KNEW you would say that. Even moreso, I actually said it to my family. "He signed this copy of the book [that I bought] to you, Malone? Oh yeah? He signed a shirt for me. And he put his arm around Checkers."
