So I'm having my first drunken IM conversation! Too bad I'm not the drunk one. And too bad I'm not there.

So it took me a while to come up with a good poem for today, because I didn't want to repeat last year's poem, even if it is the song of my life. And so I thought about "Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For," because that's also another one of my motto songs, but it just didn't quite fit the mood I was looking for. So I thought and I thought and I thought, and then recently I went, oh, I know. So today, from the combined efforts of K. Pierson, F. Schneider, K. Strickland, and C. Wilson:

Love Shack
If you see a faded sign at the side of the road that says

I'm headin' down the Atlanta highway,
lookin' for the love getaway
Heading for the love getaway, (love getaway)
I got me a car, it's as big as a whale

To the Love Shack
I got me a Chrysler, it seats about 20
So hurry up and bring your jukebox money

Well the Love Shack is a little old place
where we can get together
