Arthur C. Clarke died today.

Having only seen 2010 (and not really understood it), and having never read any of the books, my grief is somewhat understated, but I'm still sad.

Hahahaha. Usually, it's because someone makes a post on metaquotes, and I double-check it with the BBC and then post. The reason I see it so quickly might be because I'm an Internetoholic. But yeah, I usually rely on my f-list for this sort of thing. Although Heath Ledger I found out about in person...and promptly posted about.

anyway, once I created my "the deaths of famous people" tag, I figured I might as well use it and keep everyone informed. ^_^;
